We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Security Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in security management and customer service, with the ability to analyze risks and negotiate effective solutions for our clients. This role involves engaging with customers to understand their security needs, providing product demonstrations, and managing accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
 
Duties:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of client security needs and vulnerabilities.
  • Develop tailored security solutions and strategies for clients.
  • Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for new services or products.
  • Perform product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure business.
  • Manage assigned territories effectively, ensuring all clients receive exceptional service.
  • Provide ongoing customer support and account management to maintain strong relationships.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to enhance customer engagement and drive sales growth.

 
Requirements:

  • Proven experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making.
  • Excellent analytical skills to assess risks and develop effective solutions.
  • Experience in conducting product demonstrations effectively.
  • Knowledge of territory management principles is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics related to security services.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Previous experience in sales management or account management is advantageous.
